There was a permanent crowd watching while they went through their repertoire of carols and other festive songs several times for us.
Not only did the onlookers thoroughly enjoy the display, it was obvious that the children enjoyed the singing and the fact they were helping us.

A couple of our collectors

Our thanks go to the children and their parents, the teachers, including the head and choirmaster Alan Clark, all those behind the scenes and to our collectors.
A pleasant afternoon to get everyone into the spirit of Christmas.
Our thanks must also go to the generous shoppers at Lakeside Shopping Centre from which we collected a total of £539.74.
In addition a collection at the school after one of their Christmas events resulted in the school sending the branch a cheque for £73.54 for which we thank them very much.
